Dreem Content Policy

This Content Policy ("Policy") governs all content created, uploaded, generated, submitted, or otherwise made available through the Dreem platform and related services (the "Services"). This Policy forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, Dreem's Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Purpose and Permitted Use

Dreem is a platform designed to support the creation, management, and optimization of content for:

  • E-commerce use cases, including but not limited to product listings, product descriptions, digital assets, catalog data, marketing materials, and marketplace content
  • Social media marketing and related commercial promotional activities

The Services are intended solely for lawful business purposes within the scope described above.

Any use of the Services outside of these intended use cases is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Dreem.

Dreem reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a particular use falls within the permitted scope.

2. Prohibited Content and Uses

You may not use the Services to create, upload, generate, distribute, or store any content that:

2.1 Unlawful or Harmful Content

  • Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
  • Infringes intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights
  • Is defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
  • Promotes violence, harassment, abuse, discrimination, or exploitation
  • Facilitates illegal activities

2.2 Sensitive or Regulated Categories

Unless explicitly authorized by Dreem in writing, you may not use the Services in connection with:

  • Political campaigning or political persuasion
  • Adult or sexually explicit content
  • Weapons, controlled substances, or regulated goods
  • Gambling or betting
  • Financial fraud, scams, or impersonation
  • Collection, processing, or generation of sensitive personal data, including health data, biometric data, or data relating to children

2.3 Misuse of the Platform

You may not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or test vulnerabilities of the Services
  • Circumvent any content moderation, safeguards, or security mechanisms
  • Use the Services to build, train, or improve competing products
  • Use automated systems to extract data from the Services without authorization
  • Generate content intended to impersonate real individuals without authorization

3. Limitation to Intended Commercial Context

The Services are not intended for general-purpose content creation unrelated to e-commerce or commercial social media use.

Dreem expressly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that use the Services for:

  • Personal or non-commercial experimentation
  • General-purpose AI usage unrelated to product, catalog, digital asset, or commercial marketing workflows
  • Any other use that Dreem determines, in its sole discretion, is inconsistent with the intended purpose of the platform

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

Dreem may, but is not obligated to, monitor content created or stored through the Services for compliance with this Policy.

If Dreem reasonably believes that you have violated this Policy, Dreem may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • Remove or disable access to any content
  • Suspend or restrict access to the Services
  • Terminate your account
  • Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities
  • Take any other action Dreem deems necessary to protect its platform, customers, or third parties

Dreem's enforcement decisions are final and are made at its sole discretion.

5. Suspension and Termination Rights

Without limiting any other remedies available under the Terms of Service or applicable law, Dreem reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately if:

  • The account is used in violation of this Policy
  • The use presents legal, regulatory, reputational, or operational risk to Dreem
  • Required by law, court order, or governmental authority

Suspension may include disabling access to content, workflows, and integrations.

Dreem shall not be liable for any loss resulting from suspension or termination under this Policy.

To comply with legal obligations, enforce contractual rights, and respond to lawful requests, Dreem may retain Customer Content, prompts, generated outputs, metadata, and associated logs for a limited period after deletion or account termination.

Unless otherwise required by law:

  • Content and related logs may be retained for up to thirty (30) days following deletion or termination
  • During this period, content may be stored in secure systems and backups solely for:
    • Legal compliance
    • Fraud prevention and security monitoring
    • Investigation of violations
    • Establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims

If Dreem is subject to a legal hold, court order, subpoena, or other lawful request, relevant content may be retained beyond the 30-day period for as long as required to comply with applicable legal obligations.

After applicable retention periods expire, content will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with Dreem's data retention practices.

7. No Expectation of Public Hosting

Dreem is not a public hosting provider. Content generated or stored through the Services may be removed at any time in Dreem's discretion if deemed non-compliant, risky, or outside the intended commercial purpose of the platform.

8. Changes to This Policy

Dreem may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
