Credits are Dreem's usage currency. Every time you generate content or run an AI-powered action, Dreem deducts credits from your balance.

Team plans let multiple users collaborate in the same Dreem workspace using a shared pool of credits. You can invite team members, assign roles, and work together on content. Usage is tracked at the account level so teams can easily manage and monitor credit usage.

Yes. Credits roll over for a limited time depending on your plan. For monthly plans, credits remain available for up to 3 months total (the current month plus 2 additional months). For annual plans, credits last up to 24 months total (the active year plus 12 additional months). Top-up credits follow the same rollover period as your plan and expire after that timeframe.

If you run out of credits, you can purchase additional credit packs (top-ups) at any time from your account settings. Top-up credits are added instantly and are used after your included plan credits. They follow the same rollover and expiration period as your plan.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your Dreem plan at any time from your account settings. Any remaining credits will stay in your account and continue to follow your plan's rollover and expiration rules.

Yes. You can cancel your Dreem subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you'll continue to have access through the end of your current billing period, and any remaining credits will follow the standard rollover and expiration rules.
